American Numismatic Association Paper Money Seminars

The American Numismatic Association and the Florence Shook School of Numismatics offer a broad line-up of week-long seminars and shorter classes at the ANA's Colorado Springs headquarters and the beautiful campus of Colorado College. There are two separate sessions, June 27 to July 3, 2009, and July 4 to July 10, 2009. The classes include several about paper money:

  1. 2 day class, Grading U.S. Paper Money by Glen Jorde
  2. 5 day class, U.S. National Banknotes by Peter Huntoon and Gerome Walton
  3. 5 day class, Introduction to Paper Money by Wendell Wolka
  4. 5 day class, Detection of Counterfeit World Paper Money by Joe Boling
  5. 5 day class, Military Numismatics since 1930 and Advanced Military Numismatics by Fred Schwaan
  6. One day mini-course, Collecting U.S. Federal Savings Bonds by Fred Schwann.
