Published in 2016, Confederate Quartermasters, Commissaries, and Agents is the source book for identification of the endorsements on Confederate Type 39-41 Treasury notes. These notes were interest-bearing and a date of issue was required. Many military quartermasters, commissaries, and government agents added their names, and sometimes rank, title, unit, and place of issue to these notes. The endorsers are identified with research of their documents in the National Archives. Places of issue are also identified. The book includes rarities and market values of these notes at the time of publication. The book is 908 pages with more than a thousand illustrations.
